Delete Your Account – My App

We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from My App, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and data, please send an email to nezy2610@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your Google account email address used to log in to My App.
• A request to delete your account and associated data.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your Google account email address.
• Login timestamps.

Data Retention

We do not retain any of your personal data after processing your deletion request, except for temporary backups that may be retained by our email service provider (Mailjet) for up to 30 days, as per their retention policy. After this period, all data is permanently deleted.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 7 business days and confirm completion via email.
